MONITORED PARAMETER:Exhaust pressure TYPICAL ENABLING CONDITIONS:Always on MONITOR SEQUENCE:None EXECUTION FREQUENCY:Continuous when enabling conditions met. TYPICAL DURATION:Two seconds DASH LAMPS:1. MIL2. CEL ENGINE REACTION:Derate 25% VERIFICATION:Parked regen PROBABLE CAUSES:1. Inspect all connections upstream of the MCM – DPF outlet pressure sensor, ATD harness 10-pin connector, VIH 31-pin connetor, and MCM 120-pin connector.2. DPF outlet pressure sensor.3. DPF outlet pressure sensor tube.4. Perform stationary regen.5. Inspect DPF for oil, soot, or coolant contamination.

MONITORED PARAMETER:DEF pressure TYPICAL ENABLING CONDITIONS:When service routine is enabled and during infrequent in-use check under non DEF dosing conditions. MONITOR SEQUENCE:None EXECUTION FREQUENCY:Service tool and infrequent in-use checks during DEF dosing conditions. TYPICAL DURATION:Two seconds DASH LAMPS:1. MIL2. CEL ENGINE REACTION:Derate 25% VERIFICATION:Selective catalyst reduction (SCR) airless dosing system (ADS) self-check routine. NOTE: If any other codes present, repair those first. PROBABLE CAUSES:1. DEF dosing unit harness connector/wiring.2. Dosing unit failure.
