NOTE: If codes for battery voltages are present, repair those first. NOTE: If code 625-9 present, repair that first. NOTE: Otherwise, the only reason that this code would appear would be because of improper programming in the ECM.

NOTE: If any other codes are active, fix those first. PROBABLE CAUSES:1. Check all connectors/harnesses upstream of the MCM (DOC inlet temp sensor, ATD harness 10-pin connector, VIH 13-pin connector, MCM 120-pin connector).2. DOC inlet temperature sensor.3. DPF inlet pressure hose assy.4. Perform stationary regen.

PROBABLE CAUSES:1. Check all connections upstream to the MCM (ATD 10-pin connector, vehicle interface module 31-pin connector, MCM 120-pin connector).2. Defeat device installed on vehicle.3. DPF inlet pressure hose assy.4. Forced regen.

PROBABLE CAUSES:1. DPF inlet pressure hose leaks.2. Entire exhaust system, including aftertreatment system.3. DPF inlet pressure sensor.4. DPF inlet pressure sensor harness/connector.5. Check all connections upstream to the MCM (ATD 10-pin connector, vehicle interface module 31-pin connector, MCM 120-pin connector).6. Stationary regen.
