POSSIBLE CAUSES:1. Diagnostic service tool connection to the CPC/MCM at a specific time within the first few seconds of ignition on, and remaining connected for over 10 minutes.2. Sending parameters to the CPC while connected to both the CPC and MCM and the diagnostic service tool remaining connected for over 10 minutes. NOTE: The only required action is to disconnect the diagnostic service tool. NOTE: The only solution is to disconnect the diagnostic software and re-connect.

DESCRIPTION:Crankshaft position (CKP) sensor signal voltage too low. MONITORED PARAMETER:Crankshaft position sensor signal. TYPICAL ENABLING CONDITIONS:Engine idle MONITOR SEQUENCE:None EXECUTION FREQUENCY:Continuous when enabling conditions met. TYPICAL DURATION:10 seconds DASH LAMPS:1. MIL2. CEL VERIFICATION:Engine Idle: One minute. PROBABLE CAUSES:1. Crankshaft or Camshaft sensor connector/harness.2. Crankshaft or Camshaft sensor.3. Flywheel out of position.4. Crankshaft thrust bearing failure.
