With this tool you are able to.
Decrypt pld file in to the editable *.txt format

This modification allows you to change:
PLD file expiration date.
Modify PLD factory options such as speed limit (for example change 40 km/h to 50 km/h).
Adjust PLD file to different product serial.
After you’ve made an improvement you can encrypt the file back to *.pld extension and program controller with modified PLD using Service ADVISOR
