NOTE: Reprogram MCM with the latest software release.

NOTE: This fault may be caused by an external fuel source or torque out-of-bounds. Check injectors, alternative fuel sources or add on devices that may be requesting torque modifications.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Check for failed cylinders/injector.
2. Reprogram the MCM with the latest version.
