No derate

VERIFICATION:
Engine rpm = idle or higher.

POSSIBLE CAUSES:
1. Faulty ITV motor.
2. Faulty ITV position.
3. Frozen (ice buildup) ITV butterfly.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Air throttle valve harness.
2. ITV harness connector.
3. Intake throttle valve failure.
4. Cold temperatures may falsly cause this code to appear.
5. Intake throttle valve sensor.
