NOTE: If there are any battery related faults, repair those first.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Wiring between the MCM 21-pin connector at pins 7, 11, 12, 14, or 15 and ground.
2. Wiring between the MCM 21-pin connector at pins 5, 6, 8, or 9 and the battery.
3. Corrosion/debris at the MEM 120-pin connector.
4. Failed MCM.
