ENGINE REACTION:
Derate 10%

VERIFICATION:
Parked regeneration

NOTE: If any fuel system faults present, fix those first.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Inspect the hydrocarbon doser block assy and the fuel doser injector valve fuel lines for any leaks.
2. Low fuel pressure.
3. Failed hydrocarbon doser fuel injection valve.
4. Perform parked regen.
